The paprika soup with coconut milk originally comes from Asia and is slightly spicy because of the many spices – chilli, coriander, garlic. You can also experiment with the recipe and modify it as you like the most. For 4 servings you need:

  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 L vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of cane sugar
  • a little chilli flakes
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Clean and chop the chilli pepper, the garlic cloves and the ginger and fry them for a while. Then wash, clean and core the peppers. Cut these into small pieces and add them to the pot as well. Fry the bell peppers over medium heat until they soften. Then pour the vegetable stock and coconut milk on top and bring the soup to a boil. When this comes to a boil, take the saucepan off the stove and puree the soup finely with the cutting stick. Season the finished soup with salt, pepper, paprika powder and a little cane sugar. Before serving, sprinkle with chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves. We wish you good appetite!

Our next idea is for peppers and ground beef soup, which is quite filling. For this you need (for 4 servings):

  • 3 red peppers
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 4 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet (or 2 teaspoons noble sweet + 2 teaspoons hot pink)
  • 8 thyme claws, fresh
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400g ground beef
  • 150g herbal processed cheese
  • 0.5 bunch of parsley, smooth
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

First, wash the one bell pepper, dice and core it – together with 2 peeled garlic cloves. Peel one onion and cut it into small cubes. Then heat some oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the chopped onion, paprika and garlic and season everything with salt and pepper. Fry everything for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Next, roughly dice the remaining peppers and garlic cloves, as well as the other onion. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Then fry everything in oil and sauté for about 2 minutes while stirring. Add the white wine and allow the mixture to almost boil down. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the cream, paprika powder, turmeric and thyme stalks. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes in a closed saucepan over low heat.

When the cooking time is over, remove the thyme stalks and add the processed cheese. Puree everything with the hand mixer. If necessary, season the soup again with salt, sugar and pepper. Finally add the minced meat and paprika mixture. Serve the soup warm, sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley. We wish you good appetite!

First, put the butter and flour in the mixing bowl and let the ingredients sweat at 120 degrees for 3 minutes (level 2). Then add the chopped peppers and let them chop for 8 seconds on speed 7. Now put all the other ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook for 10 minutes at 100 degrees (level 3). Finally, you should whip the soup for 1 minute on level 10 and season with spices.
