Pancakes with fried apples

Totally uncomplicated! Low carb pancakes are prepared like classic pancakes. The difference is that the ingredients are different, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t experiment with them either. With the permitted foods, recipes can be created according to your own imagination. To start with, replace wheat flour with low-carbohydrate flours. This can be almond flour, chickpea flour, flaxseed flour or coconut flour. In addition to egg, mashed banana, chia, flaxseed or yoghurt can be used as a binding agent. Fat does not necessarily have to be used, but a little butter or oil for frying does not do any harm.
