- dried rose petals
- dried rose hips
- other dry flowers and herbs of your choice – lavender, chamomile, basil, rosemary, thyme, marigold, coneflower

Making the rose pot pourri is actually very easy. First, let the roses dry in a vase or hang them upside down. The rose petals usually keep their shape quite well. - 2 pieces of star anise
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups of fresh cranberries
- 2 cups of water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 3 cm piece of ginger, fresh
- 1 cup of apple cider
To prepare, put the fruits and spices in a large saucepan and pour water over them. Then bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat. Make sure that there is enough liquid so that the fruit does not burn – the container should be full of water halfway through. After a short time you will smell the pleasant scent. The potpourri made in this way can be used for around 3-4 days.
